Returns are accepted IF the item was damaged or defective within 30 days. When you get your item check it and make sure it is ok. It is super annoying to have people buy handmade jewelry to wear at one event and then try to return it the next week. That behavior makes it near impossible to run a business that way. So if there is something defective, we will work together to address it or return it. If there is something damaged, we will work together to get it fixed or allow a return, but just changing your mind a few weeks later makes it really unfair. I am a single artisan business. Not mega-mart, so lets not treat fellow working-class businesses like that ok? That picture is literally me working at my kitchen table, not some mass produced AI slop or made-in-India cheap garbage. Lets treat each other with respect and we'll both have some great pieces to show off at the next outing. Obviously if there is a problem at any time, we'll solve it together, but please be fair.
